The Niagara Region is set to shine brighter than ever as #NiagaraLightsUpTogether returns for its third year. On GivingTuesday 2023, November 28, various iconic landmarks across the Niagara Region will illuminate in vibrant red and white, celebrating the community spirit of generosity and volunteerism that GivingTuesday represents.
#NiagaraLightsUpTogether has become a beloved annual tradition, captivating residents and visitors alike with its breathtaking display of lights. This year, the event promises to be even more spectacular, with the Peace Bridge, the Niagara 3D sign, the Fallsview Casino, and even both sides of the world-famous Niagara Horseshoe and American Falls participating.
Throughout the day, residents and visitors are invited to explore the Niagara Region and witness the stunning transformation of its landmarks. From the majestic Niagara Falls to the historic Peace Bridge, each participating site will be adorned in red and white lights, creating a visual spectacle that will surely leave a lasting impression.
Local businesses, organizations, and individuals are encouraged to join the initiative by hosting their own fundraising events, adorning red and white lighting in and around their buildings, volunteering, or making donations to support local charities. By working together, the Niagara community can make a significant difference in the lives of those in need.
